Additionally, we have agents in Asia, Europe, Canada, America and Africa who are able to verify the authenticity and integrity of the manufacturers and buyers with whom we conduct businesses.
- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- You can send your request to our website or to one of our many sales representatives assigned to your area. Upon confirmation we will send a purchase order to be sign, after which you will pay the full amount via bank draft or wire transfer. After your order is placed it will take 4-6 weeks to arrive (depending on port and geographical location to which products will be delivered). Goods clearance will be handle by client.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROVIDE QUOTATION ON PRODUCTS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR CATALOG?
- It takes 2-3 days depending on the product.
- HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?
- All payments are made via wire transfer or bank draft.
- CAN WE ORDER SAMPLES BEFORE PLACING A LARGE ORDER?
- With all orders, ordering samples are mandatory. The price per sample will always cost more.

- ALL AGENTS ARE PAID COMMISSIONS ONLY; AND WILL BE SENT TO THEIR RESPECTIVE BANK ACCOUNTS.
